Mike Millegan is an independent director for Portland General Electric, where he is a member of the audit and finance committees. Millegan served as president–Verizon Global Wholesale and led the Verizon Digital Media Services team, which provided a content delivery engine that supplied secure storage capabilities and apparatus for data analytics.
