Suzanne Fallender has more than 20 years of experience in the field of corporate responsibility and sustainable investing. She currently serves as the director of Intel’s global corporate responsibility office. Fallender leads efforts across the company to integrate corporate responsibility into company strategy, policies, communications, and stakeholder engagement processes in order to create positive social impact and business value. She also works closely with Intel’s investor relations and corporate governance groups to drive an integrated outreach approach with investors on environmental, social, and governance issues. During her time at Intel, Fallender has held a number of corporate-responsibility-related roles, including leading Intel’s global programs to empower girls and women through technology. Prior to her time at Intel, she served as vice president at Institutional Shareholder Services where she managed the firm’s socially responsible investing division. Fallender currently serves on the board of directors of the non-profit, Net Impact.
