Katie is a passionate educator who focuses on successful teaching techniques and standards-based instruction to maximize student engagement and growth. She strives to enrich the lives of all of her students by modeling enthusiasm, self-motivation, initiative, and a love of life-long learning. She employs 19 years of teaching experience with a Master’s in Educational Technology to enhance teaching and learning and an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership to guide education. She has taught first grade, second grade, and PE. Katie is working with Idaho Public Television as the Digital Innovator and enjoy reaching students and teachers from across the State of Idaho.
