As SVP, Head of North American Customer Operations Greg is responsible for leading and setting the strategic direction of the Contact Center, Fraud Operations, and ATM groups across North America, and Canadian Customer Assistance. Customers and employees are Greg’s top priority; he focuses on leading and driving transformational change across the businesses by building foundational capabilities, improving the customer and colleague experience, and investing in the technology and tools to future-proof the business. Before joining TD in 2010, Greg was Chief Operating Officer for the National Australia Bank where he was responsible for all Australian operations supporting retail, business and private banking.
