Shannon King is Director and Associate General Counsel at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Shannon oversees intellectual property matters on behalf of the company’s brands worldwide including Williams Sonoma, Williams Sonoma Home, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Teen, pottery barn kids, West Elm, Rejuvenation and Mark & Graham. Shannon has been practicing intellectual property law in both litigation and transactional roles for over 15 years including eight years in private practice. She received her B.A. from Yale University, and her J.D. from UC Berkeley. When she’s not protecting brands, Shannon enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and twin 9 year old boys as much as possible.
