Lowell W. Robinson is a highly regarded executive with 30 years of senior global strategic, financial, M&A, operational, turnaround, and governance experience. He has been CFO and COO of several NYSE and Nasdaq companies where shareholder value was significantly increased. Robinson has held senior financial positions with MIVA, PRT Group, Valassis/Advo Inc., Citigroup, Mars Inc., and Kraft/General Foods. In addition, he has served on more than seven public boards; has chaired audit, compensation, transaction, and special committees of the board; and has served as board chair. Robinson is currently on the boards of Medley Capital Corp., Barnes and Noble Education Inc., and Starboard Value Acquisition Corp. He is also on the board of the New York Academy of Sciences, the Harvard Business School Club of New York, and the advisory board of the University of Wisconsin Economics Department. He is a member of The Economic Club of New York.
