Adam Roth is an EPLI Senior Claims Examiner in Arch Insurance’s Executive Assurance Division, located in New York City. Prior to joining Arch Insurance, Mr. Roth defended employers in labor and employment litigation for nearly five years as an Associate at Littler Mendelson, P.C.’s San Francisco and New York City offices. Mr. Roth is a licensed attorney in California and New York. Mr. Roth earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and his B.S. at Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
