Abhishek Khandelwal is a vice president in Broadridge’s Corporate Strategy Group. He began his career at Capital One, where he helped create and grow the company’s personal loans portfolio to over $1 billion. In 2007, Khandelwal joined Merrill Lynch in their Financial Institutions Group and advised a variety of broker-dealers, exchanges, and mortgage REITs as they navigated the financial crisis, serving several well-known companies including CME Group, Interactive Data Corp., BATS Global Markets, and E*TRADE Financial Corp. He also spent time in Hong Kong to help establish Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s fintech practice in the Asia-Pacific region. Most recently, Khandelwal was a senior vice president at Jefferies, where he advised technology companies on business transformations such as mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and joint ventures.
