Scott Brodkorb has been in the Home Improvement Industry for 25+ years. In his first 23 years, he worked with Sears Home Improvement Products where he started out as a sales consultant but quickly was promoted to a Field Sales Manager then District Sales Manager then Director of Sales and finally a RVP/GM where he grew his region from $16 million to $300 million in less than 5 years. Scott served has the companies top RVP/GM for 10 years before being recruited away to be the CEO of Renewal by Andersen of Central PA. RbA of Central PA sold and installed over $60 million in 2019.
