John H. Rodi is the audit partner in charge of KPMG’s Chicago Metro Business Unit. He has more than 25 years of experience with KPMG, primarily serving publicly traded financial services clients, and specializing in banking, investment banking, and asset management. In addition, Rodi is the leader of KPMG’s Audit Committee Institute (ACI), which is part of the KPMG Board Leadership Center. Focusing on the audit committee and the director community more broadly, ACI engages with directors to help articulate their challenges and promote continuous improvement. Prior to joining KPMG in Chicago, Rodi worked in KPMG’s New York and London offices, and also completed a rotation in KPMG’s National Office. He sits on the board of directors of the Lincoln Park Zoo (where he serves on the finance committee and the executive committee) and of Junior Achievement of Chicago (where he serves on the audit committee).
