Michael Burdick joined CSL Behring five years ago and has worked in the protein therapies field for 19 years. His work has focused on ensuring the safety of these lifesaving therapies with respect to the transmission of infectious agents. He performed his graduate work in cancer-related research at the Eppley Institute for Research in Cancer and Allied Diseases at the University of Nebraska Medical Center followed by a post-doctoral fellowship in the Department of Molecular Genetics and Microbiology at the Duke University Medical Center.
