Kaytlin M Henderson
Digital Technology Lead Digital Operations Center at Dow, Inc.
Kaytlin is the Digital Technology Lead for Dow’s Digital Operations Center, a group focused on evaluating and developing digital tools for Dow’s manufacturing facilities. Kaytlin runs proof of concept and pilot projects focused on the digital thread, data connectivity, and cloud-native products. Kaytlin has previously worked as an engineer for one of Dow’s isocyanate plants and has also worked on modeling and optimization across many of Dow’s production facilities as part of her 10 years at Dow. Kaytlin received her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette College and her Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
