Sarah Welsh is the Shelter Behavior Manager at the SF SPCA. She has spent the last nine years working in cat behavior. Sarah noticed a lack of support and education for kitten guardians. She helped create the SF SPCA’s Kitten Kindergarten curriculum to help keep kittens in homes and out of shelters.
