Tom Enright is vice president of research at Gartner. He advises Gartner’s global retail clients on supply chain execution strategies, specializing in order fulfillment, returns management, distributed order management systems and inventory optimization.
Prior to joining Gartner in 2013, he held merchandising, planning, logistics and IT positions in many UK and international retailers and also spent six years as a consultant in the luxury apparel and jewelry sector.
