Erik’s career has covered product development and manufacturing in electronics and the fashion industry. His passion is finding more efficient ways to complete complex activities with higher quality, faster and more cost effectively. This challenging mission means he has never been bored.
The past 15 years he has been with Crocs and been involved in many changes to its seasonal calendars. He is convinced that a “seasonless” approach would yield many benefits to brands and consumers alike. Currently, his team is responsible for all new product developed and global sourcing.
