Ana Dutra is an experienced senior executive and CEO, business advisor, and corporate board director of publicly traded, family-owned, and private global corporations. Dutra is a director of the CME Group; Eletrobras; Harvest, Health & Recreation; First Internet Bank; Lifespace Communities; Elkay Manufacturing; Greeley & Hansen; and M. Holland. She chairs and is a member of compensation, governance, nomination, audit, and risk Committees. She is a visiting lecturer at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and at the Fundacao Don Cabral Executive MBA programs. Dutra is a speaker and frequently featured in the Harvard Business Review and Forbes, among others, and was the guest editor of the Best of the Boardroom issue of Hispanic Executive magazine. Dutra received the Chicago United Business Leader of Color, Nueva Estrella Latina, and Women in History and Business Awards. Dutra is an NACD Board Leadership Fellow and holds the CERT Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight.
