Michael Brown is a partner in Kearney’s Consumer Products and Retail Practice and leader of the omnichannel and the mass, discount, and big box sector teams. Based out of Kearney’s New York offices, Michael works with his clients to deliver revenue and profit improvements through innovative omnichannel customer experience, fulfillment, inventory management and operating models. He is widely recognized as a leader in his industry and beyond, has published and spoken on a variety of omnichannel strategy and operations topics in the national press including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and Forbes magazine. Michael has been a guest on CNBC’s Squawk Box and Bloomberg TV’s Bloomberg Markets. Before beginning his consulting career, Michael was a vice president of operations for Macy’s.
