I m a young British/French student currently studying Network Management and Cyber Security.
I did a year of placement in IT while at school and 1 year of IT helpdesk, later came back at full advisor and later got promoted to supervisor said desk. I now work at Holland and Barrett as Service Desk Analyst full time while studying at Robert Gordon University.
