Matt started working with CDE in 2008 as a Commercial Manager before progressing to General Manager in 2011 and then Regional Director of CDEnviro for UK & Ireland in 2018. Matthew has over 26 year's experience in finance and managerial type roles and in 2020 was appointed Business Development Director of CDE Global. He works closely with the Business Development team to coach, mentor, and train, ensuring they are committed to bringing great engineering solutions to the materials processing challenges our customers face.
