Claudia H. Allen is a senior advisor with KPMG’s Board Leadership Center. Prior to joining the Center, Allen was a partner and cochair of the corporate governance practice at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP. A frequent speaker, she has appeared on CNBC’s Power Lunch and Squawk on the Street. Allen’s landmark studies have been cited by the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Report of the New York Stock Exchange Commission on Corporate Governance. Allen is a special consultant to the American Bar Association’s committee on corporate laws. She is a fellow of the American College of Governance Counsel, on the steering committee for the annual Ray Garrett Jr. Corporate and Securities Law Institute at Northwestern University Law School, and cochairs the Delaware Business Law Forum’s coordinating committee.
