Douglas has worked in the National Health Service for nearly 40 years particularly in the fields of Facilities Management and Learning & Development and has developed and supported a range of employability and apprenticeship programmes over the past few years. A graduate of both Sheffield Hallam University and the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Douglas is also a Board Member for DYW Moray.
