Jesse Leal is Food Safety Professional for AIB International, having held this position since April 2014. Jesse joined AIB International in 1996 as a food auditor and later became a food defense specialist and was global quality manager, conducting more than 1,700 food safety audits related to GMPs, agricultural practices, food defense, and FSMA in 11 countries and for some of the largest multinational food manufacturers. Jesse currently travels globally, leading public and private food safety training in both English and Spanish for food industry audiences and AIB International employees.
