John joined Genesys in 2020 and spearheaded the launch of the Genesys Multicloud architecture, an industry first. In his current role as EVP and GM for Mulitcloud Solutions, comprised on Multicloud CX and PureConnect on-premises and cloud solutions, he’s charged with the unit’s oversight and growth.
