CLOC Regional Leader and Senior Associate General Counsel of Legal Operations at Jabil
Dan manages legal operations for Jabil, Inc., a $25B global product solutions company headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida. His team provides technology, process, financial, and other operational support to Jabil's legal team worldwide.
Prior to joining Jabil, Dan served as the General Counsel of Elevate Services, a market-leading law company, and has held senior legal operations roles at both Oracle and NetApp. Dan started his legal career as a litigator with the Chicago-based firm of Swanson, Martin, & Bell. Prior to practicing law, he was a senior auditor with the accounting firms of Arthur Andersen and Grant Thornton.
Dan received his J.D. from Loyola University, an LL.M in International Law from Stetson University, and a B.S. in Accounting from Northern Illinois University. Dan was one of the original members of the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (“CLOC”) and co-leads the CLOC Emerging Legal Department chapter.
