About This Virtual Meditation Course

WHAT CAN MEDITATION DO FOR YOU?

Meditation takes us to a place where you can retreat from the problems of the world and find peace and solace. It helps us deal with the stress and anxiety of life. Whether an experienced meditator or a beginner, these classes will strengthen one's technique. Join us and take your practice to a new level. Each class will also include one to two meditation sittings so you can immediately put into practice what you have learned.

Science of Spirituality International Meditation Center is a global non profit organization dedicated to transforming lives through Meditation.

An experienced facilitator of Meditation will guide you each week with techniques and strategies to help you learn the art and science of meditation and transform your life.
