For more than 20 years, she has fervently delved into the dynamics of membership and engagement. Leveraging her insights, she assists association professionals, leaders, and corporate leaders navigate and overcome challenges with employee and membership engagement. Her contemporary approach and innovative strategies have become a beacon, helping organizations worldwide, transcending the realm of memberships to address broader corporate landscapes.
For the better part of the last 20 years, I have been working in the association industry focused on driving change, engaging audiences, and pushing to improve the overall member and customer experience. As the saying goes, there is an association for everything and I have loved this journey!
Much of my career has been focused on developing and implementing innovative solutions in support of membership development and engagement, as well as strengthening relationship with component leaders.
One of the things I have enjoyed the most in my association career is my broad experience supporting and leading various parts of an organization including: project management, marketing, customer service, data management, fulfillment, product development, product sales, chapter relations, international relations, partner development, and career services.
Outside of work, I love spending time with family, and supporting causes close to my heart. As Winston Churchill said "We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give".
