Scott Wiley, CAE, is the CEO of CoreNet Global, leading the transformation of global corporate real estate through innovation, purposeful change, and strategic growth. A visionary connector and trusted advisor, Wiley is guiding the organization through rapid evolution—expanding into emerging markets, embracing digital transformation, and unlocking new opportunities across six continents.
Previously, Wiley served as President and CEO of the Ohio Society of CPAs, where he led nationally recognized reforms in education, advocacy, and technology. His influence also extended to the AICPA and ASAE, shaping modern professional education and workforce strategies.
Earlier in his career, Wiley was Executive Director of Delta Sigma Phi, where his leadership drove cultural renewal, growth, and sustainability. Across roles, Wiley is known for building purpose, connecting people, and delivering results.
An accomplished nonprofit executive with 25+ years of leadership experience, I specialize in guiding mission-driven organizations that improve the lives of individuals, families, and communities. I currently serve as CEO of Kappa Delta Pi (KDP), the premier national association and honor society for educators, leading strategic planning, operations, fiscal management, program development, fundraising, and more for 20,000+ members and 675 chapters. Under my leadership, KDP earned the 2024 Association Innovation of the Year Award from ISAE.
Driven by a passion for growth and impact, I hold a Master of Public Affairs in Nonprofit Management from Indiana University and maintain certifications as a CFRE, CAE, and Certified Master Financial Coach. I’m also pursuing the AAip (Association Artificial Intelligence Professional) certification to stay at the forefront of innovation.
My core strengths include change management, revenue generation, systems development, staff leadership, DEI, partnership building, and performance measurement. I thrive on building collaborative teams and driving outcomes that leave a lasting legacy.
I've been actively promoting the use of robotics, machine vision, AI, and motion control for more than 40 years. In 2023 I received the Engelberger Award for Leadership, widely considered as the “Nobel Prize of Robotics.”
