SAME Young Professionals Council Webinar: The Hidden Power of the Middle: Bridging Strategy and Execution

About This Webinar

Mid-level leaders are the linchpins of organizational success, uniquely positioned at the crossroads of strategy and execution. Often overlooked, this demographic is responsible for translating big-picture vision into actionable outcomes while managing the day-to-day realities of implementation. They influence up, down, and across generations, making them vital drivers of innovation, culture, and operational excellence. This panel discussion features two emerging leaders with prior military officer backgrounds, now operating in the private sector. They will share actionable insights and real-world examples of how mid-level leaders bridge generational divides, influence decisions at all levels, and implement strategies in the face of disruption. The session will also provide senior leaders with tools to empower their mid-level corps by clearing barriers, celebrating innovation, and fostering a safe environment for experimentation and growth. Attendees will leave with practical strategies to amplify their influence, develop resilient teams, and unlock the full potential of the “middle core” within their organizations. Whether you’re a mid-level leader seeking to step into your full potential or a senior leader looking to harness this vital demographic, this session delivers the tools and inspiration to drive transformation.
