Matt Anderson is the current Facility Asset Management COI education program lead responsible for developing the webinar schedule to examine key facility management issues facing the federal government and industry. He is currently a Project Director for AtkinsRéalis Asset Management Team within the Planning, Response & Resilience Division, overseeing a wide range of DoD projects. Prior to joining AtkinsRéalis, Matt served 20 years as an Air Force Civil Engineer with assignments at the squadron, group, major command, field operating agency and headquarters air staff level.

Air Force and Space Force Client Account Manager, AECOM
Matt Beverly is an accomplished career civil engineer, leader, and change agent with over 25 years of experience leading large, diverse organizations worldwide. He has led initial base planning and construction, base expansion, and sustainment across the United States, Middle East, Africa, and Pacific. For his last command, he led the 1st Expeditionary Civil Engineer Group directing heavy construction and maintenance across nine Middle Eastern countries and then helped Pacific Air Forces stand up the 356th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Group. He has commanded at the squadron level four times and served on Major Command, Combatant Command, and Secretary of the Air Force’s staffs.

Matt is now AECOM’s Air Force and Space Force Client Account Manager. In this role, he influences AECOM’s internal strategy through sales and business development leadership while ensuing client relationships remain strong. He also chairs SAME’s Warfighting Engineering COI.
