LCDR Patrick Fox is a commissioned officer in the U.S. Public Health Service and is currently serving as the senior field engineer in the Western Oregon District, for the Portland Area Indian Health Service. Prior to that he was the field engineer for the Holton, Kansas field office, in the Oklahoma City Area Indian Health Service. LCDR Fox graduated from Humboldt State University in Environmental Resources Engineering and has a Master’s in Engineering and Technology Management from Oklahoma State University.
