Andrew Aguilar is a licensed civil engineer, qualified industrial stormwater practitioner, and certified professional in stormwater quality with a diverse background in environmental compliance and utility design for the United States Department of the Navy. . As a consultant, Mr. Aguilar worked on a variety of projects ranging from potable water system modeling and planning, stormwater compliance and BMP design, water utility mapping, asbestos sampling and abatement, Superfund site remediation, and cost estimation. Currently, he is the manager of environmental compliance at General Dynamics NASSCO, whose ISO 14001-certified program governs all environmental aspects of operations covered by their Title V Air, NPDES,RCRA LQC, and Industrial Wastewater Permits. Outside of his professional experience, Andrew has a background in agriculture, gas and power utilities, and international security.

Mr. Campbell is a Federal Business Development Manager with Siemens Smart Infrastructure serving Federal Government and Military clients with power, microgrid, electric vehicle and next generation energy services. He has over 25 years of experience in the utility industry, automated metering systems, management as well as business development and project delivery for federal energy and energy efficiency projects. Mr. Campbell holds a BS in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, a MBA in International Business from Chaminade University and a MS in Energy Management from New York Institute of Technology. He is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and is a certified energy engineer, certified demand side manager and certified power quality professional. He resides in Carmel, Indiana with his family.
