In this session, Hilary will walk through the evolution of the enablement function at Box, as they scaled from scrappy startup to a growing public company, and the lessons learned along the way. She'll cover the distinction between onboarding and ongoing enablement programs, supporting the unique needs of different stakeholder organizations (eg., Sales vs Customer Success) and regions (eg., US vs EMEA), program tracking and metrics, the evolution of the team's org design and focus programs, and adapting to a remote and hybrid world.
