Michelle lives in Springfield with her husband, Matt. She has 2 grown daughters and 2 grandkids. She also has a psycho dog named Taco. She entered the insurance profession in 1999 as a CSR, then moved to an agent role in 2001 and became an agency owner in 2003. If Michelle could be anywhere other than here, she would be soaking up the sun on the beach with the ocean in front of her and a good book in her hand.

Ben Rathbun
Partner, The Rathbun Agency
Ben joined The Rathbun Agency as a business and personal insurance agent after working in the home office claims department at Auto-Owners Insurance Company throughout college. He became a partner in 2019. Ben graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in finance and has a Master’s in Business Administration in Risk Management & Insurance from Olivet College.

He lives in Lansing, MI, and is very involved in many community organizations. Ben is a Support Group Facilitator and Community Board Member at Ele’s Place, a healing center for grieving children and teens. He also serves the Michigan Association of Insurance Agents as Chair of the Young Agents Council and Chair of the Political Action Committee. Ben claims to make the best bruschetta and enjoys playing his baby grand piano.

Sam Isner
President, Isner Insurance
Sam graduated from Cedarville University in 2015 with a degree in finance. He previously worked at NiSource Inc. as a Business Analyst and recently joined his father, Tom Isner, at Isner Insurance in March 2017. Sam is currently learning all aspects of the business. Outside of work, Sam loves playing and watching soccer and spends far too much time managing his fantasy soccer team. He is also involved in a college bible study in the OSU campus area and is a leader in a high school bible study in Worthington, Ohio.
