Alessio Lorusso, was born in Bari, Italy, in 1990.

CEO & Founder of Roboze, included in the Forbes 2018 ranking among the 30 most promising European managers under 30 in the "industry" category, entrepreneur and visionary in the Additive Manufacturing.

He is a determined and ambitious professional. At only 17 years of age he built the first "beltless" 3D printer dedicated to SMEs all over the world and founded Roboze in 2013. His experiences have allowed him to create and implement Roboze’s mission as well as lead the development of the company’s overall strategy. Today Roboze is an Italo-American reality with Headquarters in EMEA and USA.

He maintains constant awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, and new industry developments.

His idea is to build high-tech 3D printing solutions aimed at promoting the acceleration of Industry 4.0 offering super-polymers to produce finished parts and replacement of metals On Demand and Just in Time.

Dale Tibodeau
Professor of Practice & Director of Supply Chain Forum at the University of Houston
Dale Tibodeau, D.Eng., P.E., is a Professor of Practice of Supply Chain Management in the Department of Information and Decisions Sciences at the C. T. Bauer College of Business. He also serves as Director of the Bauer Supply Chain Forum, which oversees collaboration and engagement activities for students, faculty and industry partners. He was awarded his Doctor of Engineering degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas (1994) is a registered Professional Engineer for the state of Texas and has also been awarded numerous supply chain related professional certifications.

Tibodeau has over three decades of experience in a number of engineering and operations related roles including strategic supply chain planning, supply chain logistics, procurement, material handling engineering, warehouse design, engineering management and program management.
