On joining Repup, she has been instrumental in streamlining and building new processes around digital marketing, customer success and lead generation and building key relationships with hotel chains like Taj, ITC, Sarovar hotels and now operates as Head of Customer Success.
Dr. Zak Ali, PhD, is educated at Cambridge university, UK and is an award winning, reputable, established Global Ambassador of Revenue Management, with over 14 years of experience in full Hotel Revenue Management and hotel distribution. He managed hotels of various sizes in many key markets: in London, Mexico, Dubai, Singapore and Europe. A keen speaker at global revenue management conferences. Dr. Zak also participated in creating a global price application implemented in 3,000 hotels, assisted in the development of hotel technology platforms and lectured on Revenue Management at Princeton University, NJ. Dr. Zak a CERM (certified Revenue Management executive) issued by Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HsMai) and a senior member of the Hospitality Association Board
