About
In this micro webinar, we tweak the "Jobs-To-Be-Done" (JTBD) philosophy and look at how to apply it to improving personal and team productivity in the workplace.

From the pen of Tony Ulwick, author of the book Jobs To Be Done:

"What is Jobs-to-be-Done Theory? What is a job-to-be-done? A desired outcome? JOBS-TO-BE-DONE is best defined as a perspective — a lens through which you can observe markets, customers, needs, competitors, and customer segments differently, and by doing so, make innovation far more predictable and profitable."

"Perspective" can be defined as a way of thinking about and understanding something.

Merriam-Webster online dictionary states that perspective is" the capacity to view things in their true relations or relative importance".

On Tuesday we will apply these thoughts to your productivity - getting the right things done easier, faster, and better.

To understand the true relations and relative importance of all your meetings, emails, projects, To-Do list, relationships...

What is your 'productivity lens' through which you look at the world?

Understand what is REALLY the job to be done?

And how to get it done with the best approach and tools.

See you there!
