Andrew leads the PKF Francis Clark professional practices team where his personal focus is on advising law firms across the country. He acts for over 100 law firms ranging from top 50 firms to successful niche law firm businesses.
Having advised law firms for over 25 years, Andrew has developed a national reputation for practical and specialist advice. This includes advice on strategy, profit improvement, tax planning and business structuring as well as the usual compliance services in relation to audit and accounting matters.
Andrew is the current vice chair of the Law Society Law Management Section and past Chair of the ICAEW Solicitors Special Interest Group. He also co-authored the Law Society's Solicitors and the Accounts Rules which was published in 2021.

David is the Head of Professional & Business Services at NatWest, a sector which continues to be hugely important within NatWest. NatWest have a long and proud history of supporting legal, accountancy, real estate services, architects and B2B Services firms throughout the UK, in developing a successful and sustainable business.

Having completed an Economics Degree and gained the Associate Membership of Corporate Treasurers (AMCT) qualification, David has worked within Corporate and Commercial banking for 22 years. David has undertaken a number of roles whilst at NatWest and covered a variety of sectors including Insurance, Lenders & Brokers, Funds, Commodity Traders and most recently Professional Services. Prior to his current appointment in 2018, David headed the Large Corporate Portfolio Management Team for the Insurance Sector.
