Deep Dive into... Employee Ownership Trusts

About This Webinar

0ur Deep Dive series of webinars are designed to look in more detail at issues facing businesses and individuals today.

Join us for our sixth event of 2022! This session will focus on the advantages of Employee Ownership Trusts (EOT's) and what to consider when making that transition.

EOT's will be the subject of our next Deep Dive webinar and our presenters will call on their first hand experiences of going through a transaction; talking about the practical aspects of the transaction, and beyond. Topics covered will include: tax, legal, valuation, funding, cultural and organisation.

Some of you may remember EOT's being covered in the first of these events in October 2020 – at that stage the conversation focused on making business owners aware of what an EOT was. Since then, the number of companies becoming owned by an EOT has increased significantly and It is becoming a mainstay in discussions with owners considering their succession plans – for a number of extremely valid reasons.
