Our Deep Dive series of webinars is designed to look in more detail at issues facing businesses and individuals today. The series will have three main themes – future finance, sustainability, and technology.

Our fourth event of 2022 focuses on succession, and the options potentially available to the exiting owner manager.

We speak every day to business owners about management buy-outs (MBOs); employee ownership trust (EOT) and trade sale as means of realising value, and satisfying other non-financial objectives, on the exit from the business.

Three protagonists from our specialist corporate finance and tax teams will therefore each take a (blinkered) view of each of option to make the case for their option being the ’best’ one to take.

In reality, of course, we would take a more nuanced and holistic approach when working with owner managers – but this event format will give you good, high-level knowledge for each option.
