AIM webinar 2023

About This Webinar

We are delighted to be hosting our seventh AIM event, designed for FDs, CFOs and Audit Committee members from AIM listed entities and those that may be considering listing in the next few years.

We will be joined by members of the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) Corporate Reporting Review team, including Case Director, Richard Crsp. We will also be joined by Mike Coe from WH Ireland Capital Markets who will give an overview of the AIM market for 2023 and our own Head of Audit & Assurance, Stephanie Henshaw.

Agenda
  • FRC annual findings - top 10 issues
  • IFRS 13 fair value measurement – thematic review findings
  • TCFD climate reporting – may not be mandatory now to report, due to size of business. However, the thematic review gives important information as to what good looks like in this increasingly important space for customers, suppliers and potential employees
  • What makes a good annual report and accounts
