    Alexis joined BC Partners in May 2021. Previously, Alexis worked at Citigroup, where he was a Managing Director and Head of the Financial Sponsors Group for EMEA. Alexis brings over two decades of investment banking experience having spent the first decade of his career as an M&A practitioner advising across a broad range of industries and geographies and latterly advising private equity firms, sovereign-wealth funds pension funds and family office clients across a broad range of M&A and capital markets transactions. Prior to Citigroup, Alexis held leadership positions at HSBC, where he was Global Head of the Financial Sponsors Group, and Deutsche Bank. Alexis holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering and is a qualified Chartered Accountant by the ICAEW.

    Marlene DeLuca
    Chief Marketing Officer @ PGIM Real Estate
    Marlene DeLuca is a managing director at PGIM Real Estate and the chief marketing officer.  Based in Madison, New Jersey, Marlene oversees our global marketing strategy and is responsible for building marketing programs and capabilities that drive brand awareness and increase consideration and adoption among our target audience. She is a member of our Global Management Council and Global Operating Risk Committee.

    Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate, Marlene was the chief marketing officer for the Funds business in the Americas at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. In that role, she was responsible for creating innovative and data-driven strategies to broaden and deepen the relationships with their intermediary client base. During her tenure at J.P. Morgan, she also served as head of Global Insights, building and leading the team that was responsible for the creation and distribution of the firm’s thought leadership for both institutional and retail clients.

    Marlene holds a bachelor's degree in operations research and industrial engineering from Cornell University and a master of business administration from Columbia University.  She also holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses.

    Charles W. Bauer

    Mr. Bauer serves as the head of investor relations and fundraising for EnCap Investments. Prior to joining EnCap in 2010, Mr. Bauer spent five years overseeing the investor relations and fundraising efforts of HM Capital Partners, a middle-market buyout firm based in Dallas. Previously, Mr. Bauer was Chief of Staff to U.S. Congressman Pete Sessions.

    Mr. Bauer received a B.S. from Texas Christian University and a Master of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.

    Richard Kunzer

    Previously Richard was a Partner and Co-Head of Investor Relations for the transatlantic private investment firm BC Partners, based in New York which he joined in 2009.

    Whilst at BC Partners Richard spearheaded and was involved in the raising of over $33 billion in equity and debt capital across funds, co-investments and separately managed accounts.

    Richard has led or was involved in the syndication of almost $10 billion in equity and debt co-investment in over 20 companies in the TMT, business and financial services, healthcare, consumer and retail and industrial sectors.

    Other companies he previously worked at include Credit Suisse in New York and London, Paribas and Singer and Friedlander in London where he helped facilitate the sale of the bank to another financial services institution.

    Richard has strong links across the global investor and financial sponsors community globally where he is close to senior decision makers to these organizations.

    Before working in finance Richard spent 4 years in the British Army as a Captain in an Armored Reconnaissance regiment. Postings included Canada and Germany, as well as an active duty tour of Bosnia.

    He holds a BA Honours degree from University College London.

    Todd E. Glasson

    Mr. Glasson founded InvestorFlow in 2015 and spearheads its mission to create smarter, simpler technologies for the digital investor experience layer. Todd has advised many of the largest asset managers, real estate investors, private equity and venture capital firms, and MFOs/trust banks in the world on their digital investor and client communications.

    In 2001, Mr. Glasson co-founded Silver Oven, the first digital agency exclusively focused on the investment management industry. Previously, he was a principal of Online Environs, Inc. (OEI), which he transformed in 1998 from an MIT-incubated Internet virtual reality markup language (VRML) pioneer into one of the first "dot com" incubators located in Cambridge, Mass. OEI was acquired by a private equity firm for the purpose of executing their Internet investments. He began his career in 1996 with Pilot Software, a machine learning and business intelligence provider for Global 2000 companies, where he held positions in pre-sales engineering, business development and product marketing. Pilot Software was acquired by SAP.

    Mr. Glasson received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine at Orono.
