About This Webinar

Agenda: Role matrix for reference (program roles on 2nd tab) 1. let's review and confirm the following notes compiled per discussion in staff post on 5/13 and Bjorn's meeting with BWHI: Instructors should be able to add/remove program participants from a members tab.Ability for instructors to see activity/engagement data for own programs and activity reports for program participants - it should be VIEW ONLY, instructors should not be able to download reports, just see them (for HIPPA compliance).Instructors should be able to see entire scope of program, makes it easier to plan, adapt for changes.Instructors cannot edit program about page or content 2. Define "coordinator." role in context of BWHI program: This person reaches out to and recruits potential participants and then onboards them on to the platform and in to the program. I would think that this person would also need to be able to manage members - i.e. add/remove. This could be accomplished under the instructor role if we grant instructors the privilege to manage members. 3. Navigator role will need to be clearly defined because they will need a user security profile that is slightly different than the coach/instructor permissions. 4. If time, discuss activity reports and how they function for . instructor downloads a participant's activity report, that there is an option to download the report for that particular activity date, as well as a cumulative report that displays all activities up to that time point in the program.
