DEI&A from an Editorial Perspective: Implementing Diversity and Inclusion Policies on Your Journals

About This Webinar

In our endeavor to support your work as Editors and provide opportunities for the exchange of experiences and ideas, we are holding regular Editors’ Briefings. This is a series of virtual events exploring industry trends and best practice on a range of topics of direct relevance to our journal editors and editorial office staff and offering an opportunity for dialogue and debate.

This session will feature several presentations from OUP staff and Journal Editorial Offices with a focus on diversifying the core contributors to journals - authors, peer reviewers and editorial board members – with particular reference to traditionally under-represented groups. The session will be a mix of case studies and practical advice and will also include an update on industry-wide efforts to capture author demographic data as part of the submission process.
