January 2021 ASCE OKC Branch Meeting

The ASCE OKC Branch begins 2021 with Mark Kirk from the Oklahoma State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, who will discuss rules of professional and ethical conduct in the engineering industry.

Mark Kirk earned his Bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University and a Master’s of Education from the University of Central Oklahoma. He was a teacher for 29 years before going to work for the Oklahoma State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors in 2008. Mark first served as an investigator for the Board and has been the Communications Director since 2012.
