Chris Tall Bear
Tribal Public Health Advisor, NNPHI
Chris Tall Bear (Southern Cheyenne) is the Tribal Public Health Advisor for the National Network of Public Health Institutes (NNPHI). Within this role, he provides project management support and subject matter expertise to the diverse and growing array of public health projects related to tribal health as part of the National Coordinating Center for Public Health training (NCCPHT) at NNPHI. The NCCPHT Collaborates with public health training centers, member public health institutes and a wide range of national, state, tribal and local partners to build the capacity of the public health workforce.
Chris has worked in the tribal public health realm for over 20 years. Prior to joining NNPHI, he worked for Southern Plains Tribal Health Board-Tribal Epi Center overseeing several grants in his time there. While serving his tribe, his most fulfilling legacy was developing and implementing the Special Diabetes Program for Indians with his own tribal nation, the Cheyenne & Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma. Currently he serves on the City of Norman’s Human Rights Commission. He was appointed as the Cheyenne representative to the National Park Service for the Cheyenne & Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma.
He has a deep understanding and appreciation for his Cheyenne culture and traditions. Although he has earned degrees within the academic world, he considers his true education is through his lived experience and participation within his own tribal community. -
Evan Hall
Evan Hall, is a Stretch Therapist, Yoga Instructor and the founder of Divine Alignment Wellness. She is a multidisciplinary wellness practitioner dedicated to holistic health and well-being. Evan's mission is to help people acquire the resources to achieve a better quality of life. One of the ways she works towards that mission is as a Wellness Program Director for Baltimore City Public Schools. Her work helps disrupt the school to prison pipeline by teaching emotional regulation skills at the early education stages.

Kimberly Green-Warren
Facilitator
Kimberly Green-Warren, an experienced training consultant and facilitator, is dedicated to turning ideas into action through impactful and engaging learning experiences for adult learners in public health. In her facilitation style, she prioritizes active engagement, thoughtful reflection, practicality, action-oriented activities, and human-centered design. Kimberly has successfully led the design and facilitation of 25+ meetings ranging from 1-day skill-building workshops to comprehensive 2.5-day retreat-style meetings for nonprofit leaders, C-suite healthcare executives, and other audiences. Kimberly collaborates with teams and organizations to host impactful meetings, facilitate team-building retreats, or lead action planning workshops to align and execute on project goals.

Co- Facilitator and Project Manager
Nia is a passionate advocate for making a positive impact through increased health education and literacy in underserved and underrepresented communities. With over 7 years of experience collaborating with federal, state, local, and community-based organizations, she has worked tirelessly to bridge gaps in access to vital information and resources. She passionately supports early-career public health professionals, providing opportunities for growth and reminding them of their potential for greatness.
