Amanda Walker joined the Forester Athletic Department staff in June of 2018 as the Athletic Program Coordinator.

Walker serves as the Intramural Director and assists with many Athletic Department events, the Forester Athletic Network, alumni and special events, department marketing efforts, student-athlete eligibility, and general administrative duties.

Prior to coming to Lake Forest, Walker served for two years as the Athletic Administration Graduate Assistant at North Central College, where in 2018 she completed her MBA with an emphasis in sport leadership. In her graduate assistant position, she served as advisor to the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and Athlete Mentor Program, and assisted with athletic event administration, student-athlete compliance, and special event coordination.

Walker also received her bachelor’s degree from North Central College and majored in marketing and management with a minor in leadership. As an undergraduate she competed as a four-year starter for both the women’s volleyball and softball teams.
