Pallavi Eswara, M.S., is the director of the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs. In this role, she creates and executes a curriculum of professional and career development workshops and seminars for postdocs and assistant research professors in STEM and non-STEM disciplines. She has led building a postdoc community at Penn State since the inception of the office. Eswara obtained her master’s degree in human genetics in United States and a prior master’s in ciotechnology from India. She has worked in research areas of molecular genetics and bioinformatics before joining higher education administration.
