Lucie moderates the NAA Career Webinar Series and manages in-person career events such as Dinner with Twelve, Northwestern at Work, and a virtual program pairing alumni volunteers with students for mock interviews.

Elizabeth Lukehart is a lecturer and the Associate Director of the Farley Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation in the McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University. She teaches courses on creative entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, business ethics, and storytelling for business. Lukehart has a bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, a master’s in Journalism (Medill ‘14), and a law degree (Pritzker ’10). From her unique perspective as a creative and communicator, she teaches students how to integrate narrative into their professional lives and develop compelling brand stories. She has extensive experience in marketing and communications for a variety of companies and nonprofits, and is particularly passionate about the arts, sustainability, and mission-focused companies. She leads the creative entrepreneurship, social impact, and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs at the Farley Center.

Professor Heather Aranyi has a faculty appointment with both Northwestern University and The Lyric Opera of Chicago in addition to working with clients both nationally and internationally through her company, Aranyi Performance Corporation. She has received a McCormick Fellowship for her leadership and vision. Professor Aranyi has created visionary paradigms to support innovation and entrepreneurship across multiple disciplines. She is a serial entrepreneur in both creative industries and real estate.
