Soft Skills for Career Advancement

Most professionals understand that certain soft skills are needed for their current role. However, soft skill requirements change as they proceed into a new role. A soft skill that was critical for their current job may become unimportant or even counter-productive in the next role. They may end up under-prepared and struggle in their new position.

Participants will learn:
• The role of soft skills in successful careers
• Baseline soft skills that are needed in all roles
• Key soft skill changes when going from technical into management and executive roles
• How to identify their soft skill weaknesses and work on the important ones

Attendees will receive an invitation after the webinar to complete a complimentary soft skills assessment.
