Simplify to Amplify

About This Webinar

Simplify to Amplify's core is, in fact, simple: The more you give extraordinary focus, time, and attention to the few truly important things in your life, the healthier and happier you will be. Clay will help us through the process of focusing on the individual first - do you know who and what are most important in your life? And to Amplify, are you engaging your whole person through the Elements of Vitality – body/heart/mind/soul – against those things? Clay's practical exercises, stories, and discussion will help you give everything you have to what you deem most valuable in your life.

You can reach out to Clay directly at clay@totalhealthorganization.com.
